- Custom designs are finalized only upon client approval of the digital rendering or wax model.
- A non-refundable deposit is required for all bespoke commissions.
- Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on material availability and design complexity.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are subject to change due to the fluctuating market value of gold and precious stones. Payments are accepted via secure bank transfer or major credit cards. VAT and duties are calculated based on the delivery destination.

5. Shipping and Returns
We offer insured worldwide shipping. Please note that for hygiene and customization reasons, earrings and bespoke pieces are not eligible for return. Standard stock items may be returned within 14 days in their original, unworn condition with all certifications.
